Being from Dallas area initial search was web based. Once a type of house was discussed and a price range established I made the trip to Pratt. Starla had several homes to view. I made an offer and returned to Dallas. The initial offer was rejected but Starla kept me informed of counter offer and a price was finally agreed to. She arranged for home inspections once a closing date set, I returned. Starla had handled contract and title company. Although the whole process took awhile it's the easiest and smooth purchase I have ever had. Starla's the best. Do yourself a favor contact her if you're in the market for a hassle free home buying experience.

I was very impressed that Sharla took time out of her busy schedule BEFORE she was hired to come to my property and offer advise/suggestions on small things I could do that would yield dollars in my pocket - like a couple fake flowers near the porch, removing cobwebs in the basement etc. AND IT WORKED!!

Sharla is incredible! She makes it incredibly easy to buy or sell a house. She does an excellent job of communicating and keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
