Megan hit the ground running with a wonderful open house within the first month. She was always quick to respond to phone calls and texts with concise answers from the initial realtor contract to the final closing. We feel that the video Megan made of the grand old house was the tipping point to the sale. The buyer was able to view the video and docusign the contract while the buyer was in England! Megan didn't miss any of the details in the video by articulating all of the unique features of the 100 year old house. We have already recommended Megan to friends in our county.
